Similac Stage 2 Follow-Up Formula (6 to 12 months) is a follow-up formula scientifically formulated to help meet the nutritional requirements of babies after 6 months of age. It is a cow’s milk-based, iron-fortified feeding formula developed as per the standards laid down by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The formula contains lactose, skimmed milk powder, edible vegetable oils, maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, sodium caseinate, minerals, vitamins, choline bitartrate, nucleotides, taurine, choline chloride, soy lecithin, and antioxidants. It can help support growth and development during the complementary feeding stage when used only on the advice of a health worker. Mother’s milk is best for the baby.

Directions for Use:

• Wash your hands and utensils

• Thoroughly boil the utensils for 5 mins

• Boil drinking water for 5 mins and allow to cool

• Add previously boiled water to the bowl as per the suggested feeding tablet

• Take 1 leveled scoop (approx. 5.1g) for each 30 ml of water

• Mix until completely dissolved, test temperature, and feed the baby. Discard leftover feed within 1 hour

• Use as directed by your baby's physician

• Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing follow-up formula

• Failure to follow these instructions can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your baby

• Powdered follow-up formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's physician

• Once feeding begins, use within one hour or discard

Storage:

• This box contains a sealed foil pouch

• Once foil pouch has been opened, contents should be used within 2 weeks

• Please do not empty the content of foil into the container and continue to use powder from foil pouch

• Transfer the pouch into another clean air-tight container and store in a cool, dry and hygienic place (Do not refrigerate)

• For extra precaution, fold the foil pouch after every use to avoid powder exposure to environment
