Silveleb Cream Silveleb Cream Contains  Silver Sulfadiazine. It is used with other treatments to help manage wound infections under medical supervision.  Silver sulfadiazine  works by stopping the growth of bacteria that may infect an open wound. This helps to decrease the risk of the bacteria spreading to surrounding skin, or to the blood where it can cause a serious blood infection.  Silveleb Cream is intended for use on second- and third-degree burns under medical supervision.
Directions For Use:
Silveleb Cream usually is applied once or twice a day. Gently wash the burned skin area daily to help remove dead skin.  Before applying the medication, clean the burned area and remove any dead or burned skin. Cover the cleaned burned area with a 1/16-inch (0.2-centimeter) thickness of cream. Keep the burned area covered with cream at all times; reapply the cream to any area that becomes uncovered.
