• Requires a small blood sample for testing

Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Hold the sample dropper vertically and add 20 μL serum/plasma or whole blood into the sample well that is marked with S on the testing device

• Note: Fill the sample with only the tip of the dropper. Then dispense completely

• Step 2: Add 3 drops (120 μL) buffer solution in the sample well

• Step 3: Read the results at the end of 15 minutes

• A string positive sample may show results earlier

Safety Information:

• The test device is stable until the expiration date is printed on the test kit and sealed test device pouch

• Do not use it beyond the expiration date

• The test device must remain in the sealed pouch until use

• For best results, adhere to the instructions provided

• All specimens should be handled as potentially infectious

• The test device is sensitive to humidity as well as heat

• Do not use the test kit if the pouch is damaged or the seal is broken

• Use the test device immediately after removing it from the pouch

• The components (test device and assay diluents) in this kit have been quality control tested as a standard batch unit
