I appreciate that this product is made with natural ingredient I am always hesitant to take sleep aids that contain synthetic ingredient so this was a big plus for me. I took one strip about 30 minutes before bedtime as recommended and within about 20 minutes I started to feel drowsy It want an overwhelming feeling, but more like a subtle relaxation that made it easier to wind down and get ready for sleep. I went to bed and fell asleep relatively quickly which is not always the case for me.
