SBL StoBaL Cough Syrup is a homeopathic formulation. It combines homeopathic ingredients including Pulsatilla nigricans, Rumex crispus, Justicia adhatoda, Ipecacuanha, Spongia tosta, Sticta pulmonaria, Coccus cacti, Drosera rotundifolia, Ephedra vulgaris, Piper nigrum, Zingiber officinale, Polygala senega, Ocimum sanctum, Blatta orientalis, and Balsum tolu, and is indicated in homeopathic practice for dry and productive cough, smoker’s cough, and cough.
