Rahat HRHCPFB 01 Hot/Cold Gel Pack is especially designed for ease of application for heat or cold to painful areas of the body. Hot application provides pain relief from arthritis, sciatica, knee pain, back pain, elbow pain, frozen shoulder,aching muscles, menstrual cramps or any other body pain. Cold application helps to reduce swelling after an injury, cool down temperature or relieve minor burns.

Directions For Use:
Cold application :

• Store Rahat pack in the freezer, so that it is always ready to use for cold applications

• Wrap it with a towel before applying it on your body

• Wet the towel prior to application for greater cold penetration

• Do not use it directly on skin straight from the freezer

Hot application:

• A. Hot water method: Boil approximately 4-5 litres of water, place the Rahat pack in the boiling water for 10 to 15 min or until desired temperature has been reached, remove the Rahat pack from the water and wrap with a towel before use

• B. Microwave method: Because microwave ovens vary in power, you will need to find/determine the correct heating time for your oven carefully. Before placing the pack into the microwave oven, flatten the pack and ensure the gel is evenly distributed, if the Rahat pack is at room temp, heat on “high” for 30 to 40 sec, If the Rahat pack is from the freezer, heat on “high” 65 to 75 sec, record the actual time needed for reference and more convenient heating
