Directions For Use:
For Cold Therapy: Before using, keep the face mask in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes. If the temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using
For Warm Therapy: Before using, keep the face mask in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes or microwave for 5 to 10 seconds. If the temperature is too high, wrap a thin towel around the mask before using
