Directions For Use:

• Before using, put the stick in a clean bottle filled halfway with tap or bottled water. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and dispose of. This removes excess minerals

• Fill your bottle or any water container with water. For a bottle, let it sit for about 30 mins before drinking, for a larger container, leave it there for about 1 hour. Use this water for the entire household, not only for drinking but for cooking as well
