Directions For Use:- Pour 95ml of water into a serving container
- With a scoop provided in the can, add 9 levelled scoop of Prosure powder (75g) to the water and mix well
- When the powder is thoroughly dissolved, gradually stir in an additional 95ml of water and serve. When mixed as directed, Prosure provides approximately 1.26kcal/ml
