This product is useful but have some deficiencies 1. Even after 3 months continuous use, when I stopped it, my problems continued 2. The sticky sputum is recurring after 4 hours of use. 3. Blockade of nostrils continue at that time. 4. But good thing is that it gives immediate relief to cough and blocked nostrils The manufacturers should continue their R&D and improve the product, which I am sure they can do. All the best

Caused tooth ache as it contains lot of sugar powder - 10gm for every 15gm of mixture How is this justified Don't know the efficacy of this powder, took it for 7 days after my cough and cold had started but stopped taking it as started getting tooth ache after 3 days not knowing what the cause as pains where there is no cavity visible Seems a food for teeth germs Had high hopes but unfortunately canst bear the side effect.
