Measure circumference of above knee

• S – 9-11" (22.86-27.94cm)

• M – 12-14" (30.48-35.56cm)

• XXL – 21-24" (53.34-60.96cm)

Directions For Use:

• Open knee wraps and all straps

• Wrap inside and line up silicon pad slightly above knee

• Fasten support straps beginning with most distal to desired comfort level and fasten remaining support straps
