Measurement of the circumference of the waist:

• Small – 28-32" (71.12-81.28cm)

Directions For Use:

• Place at the back and lay flat and close straps from back to front over the tummy

• Extend straps-one over the left shoulder and another over the right shoulder

• Hold the straps and slide through buckles and pull gently and secure contact closures to desired tension
