P+caRe A1013 Lumbar Support is a support belt that is worn around the waist to support the lumbar region and features double-pull tension straps for added compression.

It is used to provide support and compression to strains and sprains of the lower back and the abdomen.

Measurement of the circumference of the waist:

• Small – 28-32" (71.12-81.28cm)

• Medium – 32-36" (81.28-91.44cm)

• Large – 36-40" (91.44-101.6cm)

• XL – 40-44" (101.6-111.76cm)

• XXL – 44-48" (111.76-121.92cm)

Directions For Use:

• Lay back support flat and locate top of support

• Hold back support and centre on small of the back

• Pull left side firmly across middle section, repeat for the right side

• Attach double pull onto velcro closure
