Onak SR Lotion is a lotion made from resorcinol and sulphur that may help combat truncal acne or shoulder acne. Resorcinol and sulphur are good anti-bacterial and keratolytic agents that may help deal with bacteria and reduce the thickness of psoriatic plaques. It can be effective in dealing with all types of shoulder acne.
