Specially designed as a daily hygiene cleanser for eyelids, eyelashes, and eyebrows, it helps clean debris and effectively removes makeup while leaving a soothing effect and refreshing experience without foaming. It also helps support the natural growth and health of eyelashes during daily cleansing.
