Directions For Use:

• Take 1 tsp (5 gms) mixed in warm water twice a day or as directed by the ayurvedic doctor or nutritionist or physician

• FOR HAIR:  Make a thin paste by adding water, mix thoroughly and apply on scalp and hairs leave for 10-15 mins and rinse with water

• FOR SKIN: Make a thin paste adding water or rose water, apply on face or skin and leave for 10- 20 mins to dry and rinse with water
