Directions for Use:

• RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 capsule twice per day, morning and afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. Never exceed one capsule per serving or the daily recommended dosage. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For best results use daily for a period of 1-2 months.

• WARNING: Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume caffeine or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications.
