The product is useful it provides pure Nicotine and high that a cigarette might give you minus other harmful chemical and gases inhaled during smoking Nicotine patch is helpful but what more helpful is an intrinsic motivation to quit smoking and will power to stick to your decision. leaving all the responsibility to quit smoking on the patch itself will only result in disappointment. Remember Nicotine is useless so eventually quitting not is itself a task later on. but a patch does help you break the loop of feeling high and low which results in craving for lighting up by providing a consistent level Nicotine throughout the day. All the best I wish you come out of this useless habit.

I quit gaping thanks to these patches I started with 14mg and then reduced to 7mg and its been 87 days without gaping so far since I started this Of course you need your own willpower with the patch but the patches did their job perfectly
