For Hair: Soak Narti Reetha powder in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours (eg. for every 60gm of powder you will need approx. 240ml of water). Apply the paste evenly from the scalp to the tips of your hair. Leave for 3-4 hours and rinse thoroughly with water
