Directions for Use:

• Add 1 measure Millex Mix to 1½ measure of water (1 measure = 100 ml water). Mix well without lumps and set aside for 10 minutes

• Spread 1 scoop of batter on a pre-heated pan. Sprinkle oil and add a spoon of oil or ghee

• Roast both sides and serve with coconut chutney

• You can add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves

• Do not make the batter more diluted

• Tastes best with green chutney, vegetable sambar, and chutney

• Spread batter evenly in the mix and add little water as per your taste buds

• Salt is already added in the premix. You can add salt as per your taste buds
