Directions for Use:

• Add 1 measure Mix to ½ measure of curd. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes

• Add 1 more measure of Mix or sour curd. Set aside for 5 minutes

• Steam the batter in an idli container with 10–12 minutes on medium high flame

• Serve hot

• You can keep grated carrot or tomato slice in the idly plates before pouring the batter

• If pressure cooker is used for steaming idly, do not whistle

• Fermented curd is must, otherwise idlies will turn yellow

• Keep the curd for 1 hour at room temperature if it is chilled
