• Add 20 g (2 tablespoons) of Millex powder with 200 ml water or milk

• Add jaggery or salt as per taste

• Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with constant stirring

• Do not use salt if milk is used

• Jaggery/sugar or salt can be used while cooking as per your taste

• Butter Milk along with boiled vegetables like onion, carrot, beans, cabbage, green chilli, coriander etc. can be added for better taste

• Adding ghee to the drink will make it more tastier for the kids
