Directions For Use:
For Food:

• (i) Take 1-3 gm of Bhringraj Powder consume it before meals along with lukewarm water, Cow's ghee or Honey

• (ii) Take 1-3 gm of Bhringraj Powder along with old jaggery (Gur) and haritaki. Bhringraj powder can be taken once or twice a day

For Hair:

• Mix equal amount of Bhringraj powder, Fenugreek powder and Amla powder with curd or lukewarm, make a paste and apply in scalp and rinse it after 15 minutes
