Menohelp Plus Sugar Free Syrup is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine formulated with Saraca asoca (Ashoka), Berberis aristata (Daaruhaldi), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Methi), Tribulus terrestris (Gokhru), Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Yashtimadhu), Vitex agnus-castus (Nirgundi), Symplocos racemosa (Lodhra), Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi), Cyperus rotundus (Musta), and Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi). This liquid syrup preparation is sugar free and flavoured with honey.
