Directions For Use:
Unfasten the shoulder strap from the buckle
Insert the arm into the pouch with the elbow placed snugly into the corner
Bring the strap across your back and over the opposite shoulder
Insert the hook end of the strap into the buckle to hold the hand position
Use velcro closure in the strap for a secure fit
Insert thumb in the loop
Adjust the position of the shoulder pad for comfort
