Karmeshu Shadbindu Thailam is an Ayurvedic nasal oil formulation used in Nasya therapy, containing Erandmool (Ricinus communis root), Rasna (Alpinia galanga), Dalachini (Cinnamomum verum), Vidang (Embelia ribes), Sunta (Zingiber officinale), Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Bhangra Ras (Fumaria indica) and Ajadugdha (cow’s milk). The Erandmool can support normal mucosal lubrication and help maintain comfortable sinus passages. The Rasna may help support balanced inflammatory response in the nasal tissues. The Vidang and Yashtimadhu can assist microbial balance in the upper respiratory tract. The Cinnamomum verum and Zingiber officinale help support a sense of clear airways and ease of breathing.
