Directions For Use:- Should be taken 5 – 10 gms twice a day, before or after meals as recommended by an Ayurvedic doctor.
- It is usually to be taken with warm milk or honey.
- For children below 5 years: 1 – 2 gms once or twice a day along with one teaspoon of honey or warm milk or water.
