Excellent product Using it from past months its effect can be seen after 3-4weeks depending upon usage & in combination with sleep cycle/physical activity both are very important otherwise there is not use of these tablets Cons- smell is not so nice but it doesn matter for me atleast.

The tablets may be great sir but could not continue for long because it is truly very very smelly.And since I am using some homeo drugs the contents/smell will ruin effectiveness of homeo medicine.Had it been a film coated ayurvedic tablet then could have used it..Once homeo hoes off the line I will definitely use it and give a feed back
