Directions for Use:

• Apply Bio Organic Essential oil with any cold pressed oil/Serum/Cream/Shampoo for most effective results. For more recipes see the instruction leaflet.

• For Nails: Dilute a few drops in coconut oil and apply it directly over the affected areas
