Directions For Use:- Adults and children over 12 years: Remove backing by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until the backing separates in the middle
- Carefully remove the smaller portion of backing and apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area
- Once positioned, remove remaining backing to completely apply the patch
- Wear one Icy Hot patch for up to 8 hours
- Repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 times daily
