Healthy You BCAA Instantized Powder is a vegan amino acid supplement containing essential amino acids L-leucine, Isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Muscle recovery and growth are a continuous anabolic process which requires branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) for protein synthesis. It can be consumed pre, post and intra-workout. Healthy You BCAA contains 5g of BCAA, 4g of L-glutamine and 1g of rehydrating electrolyte per serving. Contains no sugar and is tested for ban substances.
