I bought this knee cap hoping for a little extra joint support for parents but it turned out to be a complete waste of money Within ten minutes of walking around it started bunching up behind knee, cutting off my circulation and chafing my skin to the point of a rash The material feels incredibly cheap and scratchy, like industrial-grade sandpaper. It has zero breathability. Knee was sweating bullets after just a few minutes making the sleeve slide right down to ankle every time I took a step. I spent more time pulling it up than actually walking To make matters worse the stitching started unravelling on the very first day. The elastic stretched out completely after one wash and now it looks like a limp sock. It provides absolutely no compression or stability whatsoever
