Crocin Cof and throat lozenges is a medication used to provide relief from sore throat. It contains Amylmetacresol which is an antiseptic used in the management of infections of the mouth and throat such as throat infection and throat discomfort and also has antiviral and antibacterial properties. It helps to soothe the throat and provide relief from coughing fits.
