I was on Etizolsm .5mg for a month. That created lot of digestive issues and finding difficult to quit it. Tried other products with melanin 10mg but not very effective for inducing sleep or calm down the brain. Then tried this product, found very effective from the day one Perhaps camomile and lavender play a key role in calming down the brain and melanin even 2mg induces the sleep. The quality of sleep has also improved So it worked for me.
