Directions for Use:

• Whole cow’s milk: 1 scoop (18.2 mg) in 150 ml whole cow’s milk
• Water: 2.5 scoops (45.5 mg) in 150 ml water
• Once mixed with water or milk, this drink should be consumed immediately. If not, cover the drink properly, refrigerate and drink within 24 hours of preparation
• Recommended servings twice a day
