Butterfly Ayurveda Suprabhat Chai (Green Tea Leaves with Tulsi) is a kapha dosha balancing Tulsi green tea that has nutritive properties of that of ayurvedic medicine. To be taken empty stomach as your morning tea, this ayurvedic tea is good for enhancing cognition. It is a natural blend of tulsi, mulethi (liquorice), brahmi, black pepper and selected green tea leaves from Glenburn tea estate in Darjeeling.

Directions For Use:

• Boil 100 ml water in a pan at 90-100°C

• Turn off the flame, add 1-2 g (approx. a teaspoonful) Butterfly tea

• Cover the pan for a minute or two

• Strain & serve hot, you can add lemon to taste
