Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Mix 3 tbsps of Pratham Aahaar Pro in 40-50 ml of water in a pan mix to avoid any lumps

• Step 2: Put on the heat in a low flame and stir continuously for a savoury version. Add a pinch of dry roasted salt. If baby prefers a sweet taste add jaggery or khand instead of sugar

• Step 3: Cook until the mixture is thick and pasty. Add a tbsp of homemade ghee. Serve warm
