Burpease Pratham Aahaar Powder Pratham aahaar is made from a traditional recipe inspired by an Indian recipe that gives complete nourishment to your little ones. It is made up of ragi, kaju, mamra badam, rice, moong, moong dal, fox nuts, sabudana, dalia, poha, and walnuts. All the ingredients used to make me are natural and healthy for your little ones. Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Mix 3 tbsps of Pratham Aahaar in 40-50 of water in a pan, mix to avoid any lumps

• Step 2: Heat in a low flame and stir continuously for a savoury version. Ade pinch of dry roasted salt. If baby prefers a sweet tas add jaggery or khand instead of sugar

• Step 3: Cook until the mixture is thick and pasty. Add a tbs of homemade ghee. Serve warm
