Directions For Use:

• Put your hand on the brace with your palm down and your thumb through the cutaway

• Bring the edges of the brace together and secure the Velcro straps

• Adjust the straps for a comfortable fit

• Pull the brace up your hand, fingers first

• Place the insert on the outside of your wrist joint

• Pull the brace up and adjust with the additional strap around your wrist

• Wrist wraps should be snug but not so tight that they cut off circulation. They should sit lower on the wrist to prevent the wrist from snapping backwards or from side to side
