Recommended Uses For Product:

• Assist colds, coughs, and sinus infections

Dosage:
For any cough: For effective results, consume daily up to 4 times with the following quantity in each dose: Children (1 - 4 years): 2.5ml, Kids (5-11 years): 5ml, all above 12 years: 10ml

Directions For Use:

• Saline nasal spray- Spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily for kids aged between 3 years and 10 years- For 11 years and onwards, use up to 2 sprays in each nostril up to 4 times a day-

• Maintenance dose: Daily twice, one spray in each nostril- When using the spray, it is advised to breathe in with the nose and out with the mouth- Keep the tip clean. Wipe with a clean cloth or tissue after use- Avoid mixing up with others by writing your name with a marker

• Breathe blend- Use one to two drops on a hanky or pillow for inhalation- Add one to two drops for steam inhalation in water or the oils diffuser- Add a drop to the vapour patch to extend efficacy further-

• Euro dropper: Tilt the bottle to get drops. Keep it sealed all the time

• Breathofy syrup-
