Directions For Use:

• For any cough: For effective results, consume daily up to 4 times with the following quantity in each dose: Children (1 - 4 years): 2.5ml, Kids (5-11 years): 5ml, all above 12 years: 10ml

• Shake well before use. For best outcomes, take at least 30 minutes before or after meals and avoid having water after taking it

• Get a cup of warm water or milk or tea in a cup. Tear and pour all granules of one sachet into the cup and stir to mix

• No need to filter. Do not mix it while still boiling the water

• Use entire contents of sachets at once. It contains some sugar. Add more if you need an extra sweet taste

• Dosage: For regular preventive care: Use once or twice a day

• Spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily for kids aged between 3 years and 10 years

• For 11 years and onwards, up to 2 sprays in each nostril up to 4 times a day

• Maintenance dose: Daily twice, one spray in each nostril

• When using the spray, good to breathe in with the nose and out with the mouth

• Keep the tip clean. Wipe with a clean cloth or tissues after use

• Avoid mixing up with others by writing your name with a marker
