Directions for Use:

• Step 1: For 1 cup of bb GoodDiet Finger Millet Dosa mix, add ½ cup curd and 1 cup water.

• Step 2: Mix well and allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes.

• Step 3: Use a non-stick pan or tava for best results.

• Step 4: Spread the batter to make dosa and add a little ghee or oil on top if desired.

• Step 5: Cook for about 5–7 minutes until crisp.
