Bakson's Homeopathy Prolapse Aid (P2) Drop Uterine prolapse usually involves the protrusion of uterus immediately after or within several hours of parturition, when the cervix is open and the uterus lacks tone. Uterine prolapse occurs when the previously gravid uterine horn becomes folded in after calving and protrudes from the vulva. Uterus can bulge out with removal of placenta after parturition.
