Dosage:
15 to 30 ml with equal water twice a day after meals or as directed by the Physician.

Dietary Advice:
Curd, milk, moong ki dal, Kichdi, dalia, light and nutritious food, and banana.

Avoid:
Food high in saturated fat such as potato chips, butter and cheese; coffee, tea and soft drinks; smoking; excessive daytime sleeping; oily and spicy food; urad and rajma; and alcohol. The label also advises avoiding fried foods such as pakodi.
