Directions for Use:

• Slide the band over your foot and gently pull it up the leg until it covers the knee

• Adjust the positioning so the centre of the band aligns with the kneecap

• Ensure a snug but comfortable fit without restricting blood flow

• Use as per the duration and frequency recommended by your physician

• How to measure: Measure your thighs circumference 6”(15 cm) above the kneecap. If the circumference of your leg falls between two sizes, go with the larger of the two
