Directions for Use:

• Step 1: To ensure you select the perfect stocking size, measure the circumference just above your ankle bone. Slide your hands into the stocking, reaching up to the coloured heel pocket.
  Turn the stocking inside out toward the heel region while securely gripping the centre of the heel pocket. Gently position the stocking over your foot, ensuring that the heel patch aligns perfectly with your heel. Use both hands to smoothly cover the foot area

• Step 2: Reverse the stocking from the inside out, taking care to align the heel correctly. This step is crucial to ensure proper compression starts at your ankle. Pull the stocking’s open-toe forward to eliminate any extra fabric on your foot. Using your palm, glide the stocking fabric as you pull it up over your calf toward your thigh. Be certain that the heel is correctly positioned, and the stocking sits snugly without rolling down. Ensure it ends at least two fingers below the back of your thigh

• Step 3: Never tug on the stocking’s top edge directly, and be cautious not to damage the fabric with your fingernails. Avoid folding the stockings onto themselves, as this can make them more challenging to put on.
