Directions for Use

• Let the sample stand for 60 minutes until fully liquefied

• Using the semen transfer device, draw 0.1 mL of the semen and add it to the sample dilution buffer

• Mix thoroughly by turning the buffer tube upside down 5-10 times

• Add two drops (approximately 80 μL) of the diluted specimen to the test cassette well (S)

• Wait 5-10 minutes and read the results: two lines indicate positive (fertile), one line indicates negative (non-fertile), and no line suggests an invalid test
