Replacement Policy:
In case of physical damage, wrong and missing item Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form.
In case of defective items and inner damages, replacement and/or service shall be covered under brand warranty.
Replacement verification:
During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image for verification. Please contact the Coway Service Centre for product-related issues. Coway will provide On-call support followed by a technician inspection at your location.
