Side Effects of Triolsar HS are Headache, Dizziness, Palpitations, Sleepiness, Pharyngitis, Bronchitis (inflammation of the airways), Visual disturbance, Gastrointestinal disturbance, Joint inflammation, Muscle cramp, Urinary tract infection, Peripheral edema, Increased liver enzymes, Increased blood urea, Increased creatine phosphokinase (CPK) level in blood, Electrolyte imbalance, Increased glucose level in blood, Increased uric acid level in blood, Urticaria, Postural hypotension (low blood pressure), Impotence.

How Triolsar HS Products work

Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone1, Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone2 and Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone3. Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone1 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone2 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Olmesartan Medoxomil + Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone3 is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
