Telmisartan + Cilnidipine + Chlorthalidone1 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Telmisartan + Cilnidipine + Chlorthalidone2 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). Telmisartan + Cilnidipine + Chlorthalidone3 is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine.
